Choosing your Mercedes
The rate depends on the vehicle, not on the airport. The E-Class suits one to three passengers travelling on business. The V-Class takes families and teams of up to seven, with room for every suitcase. The S-Class is reserved for one or two passengers who expect the highest level of comfort.
Child seats and boosters are provided free of charge: just give us the children's ages when you book.

A greeter walks you through the airport
This is separate from your chauffeur. An airport agent takes charge of you inside the terminal, handles the formalities and walks you to the car — or to your gate on departure. Available at Charles de Gaulle and Orly only; at Le Bourget, your chauffeur meets you directly at the FBO.
On arrival

How much is an airport transfer to central Paris?
From €140 in E-Class, €160 in V-Class and €200 in S-Class, the same from CDG, Orly or Le Bourget to central Paris, all inclusive. The price is fixed and confirmed before you fly. Nothing is added for traffic, night hours, luggage or flight delays.
How long is the drive from each airport?
To the 8th arrondissement, allow about 35 to 50 minutes from CDG and 30 to 45 minutes from Orly. Le Bourget is around 20 minutes from central Paris. Your chauffeur adjusts the pickup time to your real landing time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time and adjusts to the new landing time at no extra cost. Sixty minutes of waiting after landing are included on every international arrival, which covers immigration and baggage reclaim.
Where exactly does the chauffeur meet me?
At CDG and Orly, inside the terminal, in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. At Le Bourget, at your FBO, and planeside when the handler authorises it. You receive your chauffeur's name and mobile number 24 hours before.
What is the greeter service, and at which airports?
A greeter is an airport agent who takes charge of you inside the terminal, which a chauffeur cannot do: on arrival he waits at the aircraft door and walks you through fast-track passport control; on departure he escorts you to your boarding gate. It is available at CDG and Orly only, costs €150 on top of your transfer and must be requested 48 hours ahead.
Can you drive me from CDG to Orly?
Yes. The transfer between the two airports is a fixed rate of €170 in E-Class, €190 in V-Class and €230 in S-Class, in either direction, terminal to terminal.
Which vehicle should I choose for a family with luggage?
The Mercedes V-Class. It seats up to seven passengers with their suitcases, and there is room for a pushchair. The E-Class takes three passengers and three large bags. For one or two passengers travelling on business or from private aviation, the S-Class is the natural choice.
Do you provide child car seats?
Yes, at no extra charge — just tell us the children's ages when you book. We carry approved seats and boosters for children up to ten years old or 135 cm.
How and when do I pay?
On the day of the transfer, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer or cash — whichever suits you. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with recoverable VAT. No deposit is required to confirm a booking.
