How far in advance should I book my CDG transfer?
Same-day bookings are accepted. Message us on WhatsApp and you will have a fixed price within 15 minutes, even a few hours before your flight lands. For peak periods — Fashion Week, the Paris Air Show, Roland-Garros — booking three to six weeks ahead is safer.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time and adjusts to the new landing time at no extra cost. Sixty minutes of waiting after landing are included on every international arrival, which covers immigration and baggage reclaim.
Where exactly does the driver meet me at CDG?
Inside the terminal, in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. Not in a car park, not at a pickup rank. For Terminal 2E you will find us at the exit of the customs hall; for Terminals 1 and 3 at the arrivals gate. You receive your chauffeur's name and mobile number 24 hours before.
Which vehicle should I choose for a family with luggage?
The Mercedes V-Class. It seats up to seven passengers with their suitcases, and there is room for a pushchair. The E-Class takes three passengers and three large bags. For one or two passengers travelling on business or from private aviation, the S-Class is the natural choice.
How much is a transfer from CDG to Paris?
From €140 in E-Class, €160 in V-Class and €200 in S-Class to central Paris, all inclusive. The price is fixed and confirmed before you fly. Nothing is added for traffic, night hours, luggage or flight delays. Full rates are on our rates page.
Do you provide child car seats?
Yes, at no extra charge — just tell us the children's ages when you book. This matters in France: taxis are exempt from the child-seat requirement, private hire vehicles are not. We carry approved seats and boosters for children up to ten years old or 135 cm.
How and when do I pay?
On the day of the transfer, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer or cash — whichever suits you. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with recoverable VAT. No deposit is required to confirm a booking.
Do you operate at night?
Yes, twenty-four hours a day, with no night surcharge. A 4am departure to CDG costs exactly the same as a midday one. For very early flights your chauffeur arrives ten minutes ahead and messages you from outside the hotel.
