E-Class or V-Class?
It all depends on the number of passengers and the volume of luggage. On an airport transfer, the difference is €20.

Beyond the 60 free minutes at the airport: €80 per hour in the V-Class. From an airport to a destination outside Paris, the fare is quoted on request.

The written confirmation states the agreed fixed fare and the details of the assigned chauffeur. Payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express through a secure payment link (no card payment on board), by bank transfer, or in cash with a 30% deposit. How much luggage can we bring?

How much is a van with chauffeur from the airport?
A transfer between Paris and CDG, Orly or Le Bourget costs from €160 in a Mercedes V-Class, and from €190 between CDG and Orly. The rate is fixed, includes VAT and is confirmed before departure. 60 minutes of free waiting are included from the actual landing time, on every flight.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, at no extra charge. The child seat or booster is supplied and fitted on request: simply give each child's age and height when you book. Children under 10 travel with a suitable restraint, in line with our terms and conditions.
Can our pet travel in the van?
Yes, and there is no pet surcharge in the V-Class. Simply let us know when you book. On the Paris–London route, the van is fitted with a dedicated pet area: a cashmere blanket and a secured stainless steel bowl.
There are more than 7 of us: do we need a minibus?
The V-Class seats up to 7 passengers. For a larger group, we provide several vehicles coordinated on the same programme.
Is WiFi available on board?
Yes. WiFi is included on board all our vehicles, E-Class, V-Class and S-Class, along with USB, USB-C and 220V chargers.
How do I pay for my booking?
By Visa, Mastercard or American Express through a secure payment link (no card payment on board), by bank transfer or in cash. When paying in cash, a 30% deposit secures the booking and the balance is handed to your chauffeur on the day.
Every chauffeur speaks fluent English. Meet and greet with your name sign, fixed rate agreed before you travel, free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted.
