How does centralised monthly invoicing work?
Every trip is logged in real time. At month-end, you receive a single PDF invoice covering all trips, with full details: date, chauffeur, route, duration, amount, VAT. Payment within 30 days. Excel reporting available on request.

You define the authorised users: executives, assistants, fleet managers, HR. Each user has their own ID to book via WhatsApp, phone or form. Customisable cost centres if multiple departments.
Are NDAs and confidentiality handled?
