IV. Recipients of your data
Your personal data is intended exclusively for:
- Authorised staff of FAIZ TRANSPORT PARIS (the President, the chauffeurs assigned to your journey)
- Our technical providers acting as GDPR processors:
- Website host: SSD Hosters (WA Solutions) — ssdhosters.com
- Form provider: Web3Forms (EU)
- Audience measurement and advertising: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads), subject to your consent to the corresponding cookies
- Bank payment provider: according to your choice at the time of payment
- The competent authorities, upon legal request only
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
4.1 Enhanced conversion tracking and remarketing
If you have consented to advertising cookies, two additional processing operations apply.
Enhanced conversion tracking. When you submit a contact or quotation form, your email address and telephone number are transformed into an irreversible digital fingerprint (SHA-256 hash) in your browser, before anything is sent. Only this fingerprint is transmitted to Google, which uses it solely to link your request to the advertisement you had viewed. Your contact details in clear text never leave your browser through this channel, and the fingerprint does not allow them to be reconstructed.
Remarketing. Your visit may be associated with an audience list allowing a FAIZ TRANSPORT PARIS advertisement to be shown to you on other websites or Google services. No identifying data is communicated back to us: we know neither your identity nor the other websites you visit.
These two processing operations rest exclusively on your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time, without giving a reason, in accordance with the terms of section 8.3.
V. Transfers outside the EU
FAIZ TRANSPORT PARIS endeavours to give preference to providers located within the European Union. No data is transferred to a third country without appropriate safeguards within the meaning of articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.
Two transfers are brought to your attention.
Google. Our contractual counterparty is Google Ireland Limited, established in the European Union. Certain data may nevertheless be processed by Google LLC in the United States. This transfer is governed by the European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework, Google LLC being among the certified organisations, as well as by the Commission's standard contractual clauses. These processing operations are triggered only with your consent to measurement and advertising cookies.
Website hosting. The website is hosted by SSD Hosters (WA Solutions), whose registered office is located outside the European Union. Only the technical data necessary to display the pages passes through this hosting; forms are processed separately by Web3Forms, within the EU.
VI. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of your data:
- SSL/TLS encryption of communications (HTTPS)
- Access to data strictly limited to authorised staff
- Regular and secure backups
- Regular updating of security systems
- Staff awareness training on data protection
VII. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right of access
Obtain disclosure of the data concerning you.
Right to rectification
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure
Request the deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).

8.3 Managing your cookies
You make your choice on the site itself. On your first visit, a banner offers three options, none of them given precedence: accept all, refuse all, or choose category by category. No measurement or advertising cookie is placed before you have chosen. Until you answer, the Google tags are held in a refused state.
Changing your mind is as easy as consenting was. The Cookies link at the foot of every page reopens the panel and lets you change or withdraw your consent at any time, without having to give a reason and without affecting your access to the site.
Your choice is stored in your browser, never on our servers. It is valid for 13 months if you accepted; if you refused, you will not be asked again for at least 6 months.
You may also configure your browser to accept or refuse cookies. Here are the links for the main browsers:
Please note: refusing certain cookies may impair the proper functioning of the website.
