The booking becomes firm once payment, or the deposit, has been received and we have sent our written confirmation stating the agreed fixed rate and the contact details of the assigned chauffeur. Payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express through a secure payment link (no card payment on board), by bank transfer, or in cash with a 30% deposit. Partner hotels and concierges: a single invoice at the end of the month, paid by bank transfer. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before a transfer.

How many passengers does the S-Class seat?
Up to 2 passengers: two passenger seats, for maximised VIP space. For more, choose the E-Class, up to 3 passengers, or the V-Class van, up to 7 passengers.
Is luggage charged extra in the S-Class?
There is no luggage surcharge: simply let us know the number and size of your bags when you book. For a large volume of luggage, we recommend the V-Class van: a large boot, plenty of suitcases welcome.
How much is an S-Class chauffeur from the airport?
A transfer between Paris and CDG, Orly or Le Bourget costs from €200 in a Mercedes S-Class, and from €230 between CDG and Orly. The rate is fixed, includes VAT and is confirmed before departure. For a destination outside Paris, the fare is quoted on request.
Is there a surcharge for a pickup at a palace hotel?
No, there is no palace surcharge. A transfer between an airport and the Ritz, Le Bristol, the Plaza Athénée, the George V or the Crillon is charged at exactly our airport rates: from €200 in the S-Class.
Is your service discreet?
Yes. No external communication on identity, itinerary or purpose of travel, and NDAs can be signed on request.
Is WiFi available on board?
Yes. WiFi is included on board all our vehicles, E-Class, V-Class and S-Class, along with USB, USB-C and 220V chargers.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time: a delay never changes the confirmed rate. 60 minutes of free waiting are included from the actual landing time, on every flight, private flights included. Beyond that, waiting is charged at €100 per hour in the S-Class.
How do I pay for my booking?
By Visa, Mastercard or American Express through a secure payment link (no card payment on board), by bank transfer or in cash. When paying in cash, a 30% deposit secures the booking and the balance is handed to your chauffeur on the day.
