How far in advance should I book?

For a tour without guide (Escapade), 48 to 72 hours generally suffice. With state-certified guide (Connoisseur / Privilege), 1 to 2 weeks minimum to select the right guide. In high season (May-October, Christmas, Easter), allow 3 to 4 weeks.

Which vehicle should I choose for my tour?

Mercedes E-Class (up to 3 passengers): couples or small families. Mercedes V-Class (up to 7): families and groups of friends, generous space. Mercedes S-Class (up to 2 VIP): maximum space and comfort, palaces and high-end clientele.

Are skip-the-line monument tickets included?

In Escapade and Connoisseur: not included, addable as option. Our coordinator books them for you in advance (Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Orsay, Versailles). In the Privilege (custom quote): skip-the-line tickets for 2 to 3 chosen monuments + Michelin-starred lunch booking + Seine cruise included.

Does the tour guide speak English?

Yes, all our tour guides are state-certified and bilingual FR/EN. On advance request: guides speaking Arabic, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Mandarin, German or Portuguese. Specify the desired language at booking.

Can you pick me up at my hotel or airport?

Yes, pickup at the address of your choice: Parisian palace, boutique hotel, private residence, or directly at the airport (CDG, Orly, Le Bourget for private jet arrivals). Drop-off at the address of your choice. Palace or concierge coordination in advance.
